Setup assistance and continuing user support are available via email Q&A or telephone.

Hourly Charges for support are billed at $60. per hour in 15 minute increments.  We charge for any and all the time we spend.  Paid license holders are billed when their account incurs $120. worth of support charges, and no further support will be provided until the outstanding debt is paid.

Annual and or quarterly support contracts can be negotiated for those who prefer budgeting for a fixed cost.  The price will depend on the size of the system and may be influenced by other factors including historical usage.

Support is available to users with free system licenses at the same $60. per hour rate but blocks of time must be prepaid.  A $120 minimum purchase is required and the 15 minute minimum increment applies as it is used.
